Terms and Conditions of Hire

1.  Cancellation: If you cancel your booking less than 3 days prior to the event date, you will forfeit your deposit.

 

2.  Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that all participants using the lawn games and letters do so in a safe and responsible manner. Children must be supervised at all times.

3.  Delivery and Collection (If agreed in the package options): We will deliver and collect the lawn games and letters at the agreed time and location. If you require delivery or collection outside of our standard hours, additional charges may apply.

4.  Wet Weather: In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the hire. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.

5.  Liability: We accept no liability for any injury or damage caused to any person or property during the hire period.

6. Insurance: We recommend that you take out your own insurance to cover any loss or damage to the lawn games and letters during the hire period.

7. Use: The lawn games and letters are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland in which the business is located.

9. Delivery and Set-up: Delivery within Brisbane is included in your package price. For delivery and set-up outside of these locations please contact us for associated fees.
